 It’s full-steam ahead for Grandview Tower after a
pause in construction while some legal niceties were sorted out. At an
on-site party last Saturday, Maurice Van M., President and CEO of
Philippine Land Group Inc., told assembled guests that the target date
for completion and opening of the 5-Star Condominium and Hotel is
November this year!
If a building site seemed a strange place to hold a reception, the eyes
of the arriving guests were soon drawn from the gloomy undecorated walls
to the lovely hostesses, greeting everyone with bright flashing smiles.
Cocktails and refreshments were served in what will be the hotel reception.  Guests were invited to the second floor where they stepped out of the
work-in-progress scenario right into the finished product – the
Grandview Towers showrooms. A studio, one-bed roomed and two-bed roomed
apartments had been completed and furnished to give investors and
potential investors a taste of what is to come in six months.
A glance out of the windows of the immaculately turned out rooms verified the accuracy of the building’s name – a Grand View indeed! Little wonder that the rooms on the higher floors with their uninterrupted views of Mount Pinatubo have attracted the most interest.  Back down in the “lobby”, Mr. Van M presided over a raffle in which
lucky guests won prizes of hotel stays. The cocktails flowed and the
food kept on coming as informal groups gathered and Philippine Land
Group staff fielded questions from guests about the project.
When complete, Grandview Tower, which is located on Don Juico Avenue, will be the first 7-storey, five-star condominium and hotel in Angeles City, providing luxurious living at an affordable price. |
