Serrano was also named as Ms. Photogenic while Day Ann Manarang bagged the 1st Runner-up and the special awards for Best in Long Gown, Best in Summer Wear and Best in Casual Wear. Meanwhile, Katherine Estopin bagged the 2nd Runner-up while Charlotte Jeniffer Bernardo was chosen as Miss Congeniality and Maricel Gabalfin for Miss Talent.

Miss Grandview 2009 took home a total of P100,000 in cash prize and gift certificates from Jansen Cosmetics with a scholarship program from AMA Learning Center. The 1st Runner-up got P75,000 cash prize and the 2nd Runner-up, P50,000 plus gift certificates and scholarships. The coronation night was led by Philippine Land Group Inc. president and CEO Maurice Van M. and Grandview executives Arnel Torres and Michael Corcoris as well as the PLG staff.

Ms. Grandview pageant is on its second year. It is an original project of the Philippine Land Group, Inc., developer of Grandview Tower in Angeles City and Grandview Heights I, II and III.
Grandview Heights II has a total of 211 housing units, which 65 were programmed for Phase 1, henceforth, the construction of 146 housing units for Phase two and three. Phil. Both the Grandview Tower and Grandview Heights II are located adjacent to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway and the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport inside Clark Freeport Zone. According to Gulapa, Grandview Tower is a “first of its kind in Central Luzon, a 7-storey building molded into a modern paradise for luxurious living that provides hotel amenities with 24-hour security.” “Our mission is to create and develop affordable homes without sacrificing quality and workmanship and to foster development and revitalization for the diverse Philippine community,” he added.
